Shipping

• We ship worldwide in protective, gift-ready packaging.
• Flat shipping fee of $10; free shipping on orders over $100.
• Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days regionally and 7–14 internationally.
• A tracking link is sent by email once your order ships.
• Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
