Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on the Glam Empire website. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Products

All fragrances are eaux de parfum offered in 15 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the product price only; shipping is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

4. Delivery & risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & returns page for details.

5. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. Opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Safe use

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and away from heat and flame.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
